Pushing Capital provides facilitation, preparation, advisory, and document services related to credit and financing. The following applies to all credit, lending, funding, and loan-related services we offer.

• We are not a lender. Pushing Capital does not originate, fund, or guarantee loans. Any financing is provided by third-party lenders at their sole discretion.
• No guarantee of approval, rate, amount, or outcome. All financing is subject to the third party's underwriting, verification, and approval. Purchasing a service does not guarantee a loan, a particular rate, a credit-score change, or any specific result.
• Credit services are strategy & preparation, not credit repair. We help you understand, organize, and present your financial picture. We do not promise the removal of accurate information from a credit report, and results vary by individual.
• Fees are for our work, not for a loan. Service fees pay for the preparation, analysis, coordination, and document work we perform — independent of whether any third-party financing is ultimately approved.
• You remain in control. We never sign, submit, or authorize anything on your behalf without your explicit approval.
